About Us
The Massachusetts Builder Directory is an online publication created and maintained by Massachusetts 4 Sale By Owner, a regional advertising service featuring properties sold exclusively "by owner" and builder. Beginning in 2002 as a full color print publication and internet website under the name Picket Fence Preview, the services has grown steadily. In late 2007, the magazine was retired as we moved to our new publication,
"A Buyer's Guide To 4 Sale By Owner & Builder".
The Buyer's Guide is a helpful resource for anyone thinking about buying "by owner " or builder, as well as a way to learn about the local area. In addition to our Featured Properties, buyers may also learn about new developments, area custom builders, and local business services. The guides are seen throughout Western Massachusetts in the greater Pioneer Valley and may be viewed online as well.
