Property Tax Rates - Massachusetts 2005

Western Massachusetts - Hampshire, Hampden, Franklin & Berkshire Counties

Many Commonwealth of Massachusetts communities set their tax rates through a Town Meeting procedure. Although the state publishes rates in January, most are not known until the April town meetings have been held. Try contacting a municipality directly if the figures for the town in question do not appear.
