Terms and Conditions (Advertiser)
MAbuilder.com is owned and maintained by Picket Fence Preview. As an advertiser with Picket Fence Preview, ie. MABuilder.com, I understand and agree to the following:

Advertising: All ads are non-refundable. We hope your property sells quickly, however, we cannot provide a refund should this occur. Any ad changes must be made in writing to be guaranteed. However, Picket Fence Preview will make its best effort to accommodate all verbal requests. Changes to internet ads are subject to a $10. change fee.

Photography: All photos become the property of Picket Fence Preview and may be used in promotional activities after the sale of the property as we determine is warrented.

Payment: Payment in full is expected for any new or renewed advertising prior to placement. Business advertisers may invoiced upon request after the initial ad placement. We accept personal or business check, VISA/ MC. A $25. fee will be assessed on checks returned for "non-payment".
